The entire house was remodeled from top to bottom and inside and out to modernize it and bring it up to date with contemporary life styles. The most significant changes were to expand the building envelope by significantly adding on to, and opening up, the kitchen and breakfast area and to add a two-level deck at the rear of the house. Both of these moves take advantage of the view of the back yard and the lake behind the house. Additional bedrooms and a study were added at the lower level, the layout of the master bedroom at the upper level was revised, and all bathrooms were completely remodeled from scratch.
