Project Process

1

Programming & Planning

The initial phase in any project. We identify a company culture for a commercial project or style preferences for a home, gather visual images, and write goals of what you imagine your project to be. Learn More

2

Schematic Design

This phase begins by gathering information about the location. It involves researching planning/building codes and taking measurements and photographs of existing conditions. Learn More

3

Design development

Used for more complex projects in which detailed development of the design is needed before creating final construction and permit documents. Learn More

4

Construction Documents

Detailed documents are produced that can be submitted to contractors for bidding and local review. These documents are combined with the documents of other disciplines being coordinated by us. Learn More

5

Bidding & Permitting

During this phase we answer bidders’ questions, respond to comments by local authorities, help with selecting a contractor, and resolve any last cost questions. Learn More

6

Construction

An important role that we play is to serve as your representative during this phase. We make periodic visits to the construction site, attend meetings with you and the contractor, and answer contractor questions. Learn More
