Every square foot of precious space was put to use in the remodel of this three-bedroom home. Located on an exposed corner lot on a busy street, it was rejuvenated through the use of a new fence and landscaping to create privacy, a kitchen and bath renovation, and the conversion of the detached garage into a multi-functional space. The floor plan was opened up to create a better connection between the kitchen and the back yard and a full bath was added on the upper level to create a spacious master suite.
