Essentially a new structure, this remodel retained only the existing foundation and doubled the size of the house.  A new great room open to the kitchen and dining areas, along with a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms, an expanded garage, and new landscaping, were created.

As in all extensive remodels by Lawrence Rugg Architecture, 3D modeling was used to convey the design to the client and design review officials, as well as being used as a design tool by the architect.
