In response to the property owner’s request to study the site’s potential to house a new warehouse with front office space, design studies were undertaken to maximize the usable area on the site while working within the boundaries determined by local planning ordinances and vehicle access requirements.   Striving to design a functional, economically built, and aesthetically pleasing building and site resulted in a simple shape that can be easily built but is successful in attracting a prospective buyer or tenant through the use of perspective views of the planned construction.
