Introduction
A photo-realistic rendering, hypothetical plan, and three-dimensional views were created to help prospective tenants visualize their respective firms occupying the second floor of this two-story, 60,000 square foot Class A office building. These views and renderings are produced by first creating a three-dimensional computer model of the building and then inputting the proposed design into the model and rendering the materials. Shade, shadow, direct light, reflections, color, and texture are all bi-products of settings used in creating the model and each view. Many real estate brokers, building owners, and property managers have found these presentations to be a helpful tool in attracting tenants or buyers.
