Introduction
While relocating their administrative offices, Tri-City Health Care also wanted to create a flagship location in which to provide primary health and dental care. Taking a former fitness center, which included an indoor pool, and completely renovating the building interior and infrastructure, the new facility now includes ten primary care exam rooms, ten dental operatories, and spacious patient reception and waiting area on the first floor and 10,000 square feet of administrative office space on the second floor. A clear organization of spaces and use of direct and indirect natural light are combined with a patient-oriented approach to consultations and exams to provide a good overall patient experience.
