Working on residential projects gives us the opportunity to work closely with homeowners and residential developers who are very intimate with the project. We recognize that residential projects often involve a close relationship between the owner and the contractor. We value our relationships with contractors as well and have a proven track record of working successfully and respectfully with them as partners in the building process.

We also recognize that many home owners do not have experience with the construction industry, methods of construction, the legal relationships between the owner, the architect, and the contractor, or the process through which a project gets designed, a building permit is obtained, and the project gets built. Having worked on over 60 residential projects, we can lead you through this process in a transparent way so that you can make confident, informed decisions.
