Having worked on and led commercial projects for decades has given us a knowledge base that is comparable with firms that are much larger. We have been leaders in those firms ourselves in the past and now feel that we can provide, as a smaller firm, that same expertise but with a more responsive and personal service for a competitive fee. While experienced, we also believe that we bring energy and creativity to the design process, with designs that find a balance between timelessness and innovation. The three-dimensional drawing software we use also enables us to efficiently produce documentation and illustrations, including photo-realistic renderings in-house, that are very well suited for commercial projects.

We embrace working together with a project team, including building owners, property managers, project managers, general contractors, design/build subcontractors, real estate brokers, regulatory officials, and our own design consultants to successfully produce projects in a collaborative, efficient, timely, and cost-conscious way. In the end, our goal is to deliver a design that is functional and aesthetically pleasing while providing a responsive, full architectural service from concept through construction.
